Tater tot casserole + food prep tips

One of Kameryn's favorites is Tater Tot Casserole. I whipped up a batch and divided it into 3 pans. I used a pound of ground beef and a pound of ground turkey, cooked up and seasoned with onion powder & garlic salt. Mix the meat with sour cream & cream of mushroom soup. This time I added green peppers chopped up, but you can add anything that sounds good or just leave it plain. Add frozen tater tots to the top and put in the ninja foodi. It takes less than 20 minutes to crisp up. We like to add extra cheese to the top as well.

We ate 2 containers with a salad and rolls for dinner, leaving the third to get the cardboard lid and go in the fridge for an easy reheated meal for 2 later in the week. I'm a huge fan of these types of meals and dinner styles because we like to do things at night and not having to think about what's for dinner helps.

These foil containers are amazing!

I ordered a 50 pack of these containers on February 1 and I still have a stack. I use them for a few different reasons. One of the things I love about them is they fit in the Ninja Foodi, as you can see above, and then the Foodi stays clean! So I will come home for lunch, pour leftovers in it, add some extra butter or oil and seasoning, and then throw it in the Foodi, use an oven mitt to pull it out, and put the foil container on a plate and eat straight out of the container.
