Superbowl Sunday
I was so excited when the Chiefs made it to another SUPERBOWL! We had planned on hosting a potluck for neighbors, but it kind of fell apart. So instead I made some delicious food and we hung out in our rig. We decided to stay inside because that is our better TV.

I "baked the potatoes in the ninja foodi on the air frying setting, for 35 minutes. Before putting them in there I put garlic oil and salt on the skins. After they were done I hollowed them out, added seasoned taco beef that was mixed with rotel, cheese, sour cream and green onions.
Delicious and fairly easy too! PLUS I have a bowl full of cooked potatoes to make into a side for dinner this week.
Win or Lose, we're still fans!
