Hard to believe we're at week 3! To say that we've seen some major growth in the last 14 days is an understatement.
Check out that lettuce!! We're going to be harvesting this week and enjoying some salads and lettuce wraps for sure. We still only have one green tomato down there, but I suspect we're going to be rich in tomatoes in no time.
We did make some adjustments to the tower after I took these photos.
We removed the strawberries - and replaced them with two brand new seed starter pods with strawberries.
We also started some more lettuce varieties because we expect timing will right after bolting for what's in there now.
This has been so exciting to watch and I can't wait for harvest!
